Which banks does it work with?

The main banks in Spain through Open Banking (PSD2). The connection is read-only and is renewed with your authorisation.

Does Bunnatic reconcile on its own?

It proposes matches by amount, date and counterparty, but every reconciliation is confirmed. You can approve several at once when the match is exact.

What about a transaction that matches nothing?

It stays in the list of unexplained transactions. You can create the record from the transaction itself or attach the document that justifies it.

Can I undo a reconciliation?

Yes. Every reconciliation keeps who confirmed it and when, and can be reverted without losing the transaction or the record.
