Three books

Every book knows where each row comes from.

Sales, purchases and investment goods fill themselves from what you already record. The totals are the ones that reach the forms.

How Bunnatic solves it

Records organised by their nature.

Bunnatic keeps amounts, dates, counterparties, documents and tax treatment to build the records and exports relevant to your case.

  1. Income and expenses

Every row in the book links to the invoice or expense and to its original document.

  2. Investment goods

Equipment and assets are recorded apart, with their depreciation, never mixed with current expenses.

  3. Traceable to the box

The amounts in the books are the same ones that reach the forms.

  4. Export

Export the period's information as CSV and PDF to review with your accountant.

Why it matters

A reliable book should not be rebuilt at the end.

When data begins in invoices and expenses, keeping it connected avoids reclassifying documents when time is shortest.

Connected to the rest

Books are an output of the system, not another job.

Invoicing supplies Records, Reconciliation confirms payments, and tax consumes the same Fiscal Amounts. Books keep that path inspectable.

An everyday example

You record equipment as an Investment and attach its invoice. Bunnatic preserves its treatment separately from current expenses.

The record and export reflect what you reviewed, subject to the obligations applying to your activity and assessment method.

Any questions?

Which books does Bunnatic keep?

The record books of sales and income, of purchases and expenses, and of investment goods, according to your activity’s regime.

Is it accounting software?

It is not an ERP and does not keep double-entry accounts. It generates the record books a self-employed person needs from what they already invoice and spend.

In which format are they exported?

Exports are CSV and PDF. Agree with your accountant what information they need for their review.

Can I share them with my advisor?

Yes. You can invite your advisor with read permissions or send them the period’s export when it is due.

Keep your records ready without duplicate work.
